Bill Alexander has been managing and delivering large complex projects since 1977.  He brings owners, users and investors the benefit of proven, real-world experience in the development and implementation of major scopes of work, including man-power projections, fee development, project scheduling, consultant selection, construction document preparation, quality control, code analysis and facility evaluations.

Drawing from experience both as a practicing architect and program manager, Bill provides experienced, pragmatic and proactive direction to design teams and ensures the successful delivery of projects in the field.  For 25 years, he was a practicing architect and served as Vice President of one of the largest healthcare A / E firms in the United States.  While with that firm, he was directly responsible for in excess of $3.5 billion dollars in design and project construction value.

Since 2002, he has served as Project Executive, Program Manager and Owner’s Representative on more than $3 billion dollars’ worth of project value, protecting the interests and maximizing project value for public institutions, REITs, private equity funds and owner-operators.

In addition to proactively identifying and mitigating project risks before they have an opportunity to occur, Bill is especially adept at resolving conflicts pertaining to scope, quality, cost and schedule and protecting project momentum from potential cost and time-consuming delays and / or rework.

Spanning multiple continents and market types, Bill’s wealth of knowledge is the result of leadership roles on major programs in healthcare, medical research, hospitality and destination resort, themed projects, commercial and mixed-use developments, financial institutions, criminal justice, aviation and education.  Select projects and clients include:
